European Cntr for Minority Issues

The ECMI conducts practice-oriented research, provides information and documentation, and offers advisory services concerning minority-majority relations in Europe. This library contains several publications of the ECMI, including ECMI Reports (1997-2011), ECMI Working Papers (1998-2012), Journal on Ethnopolitics and Minority Issues in Europe (2000-2012), and Ombudsman Institutions and Minority Issues: A Guide to Good Practice (2005).
